Who’s Brew

How Who’s Brew Works

Who’s Brew is a marketplace for independent coffee roasters and tea houses. Customers browse multiple makers in one place, build a single cart that mixes products from different vendors, and check out once. Each maker fulfills and ships their items directly.

1. Browse independent roasters and tea houses

Use the shop, category pages, or search to find products by roast level, origin, brew method, format, or roaster. Every product page identifies the maker behind it.

2. Add products from multiple makers to one cart

Unlike most online coffee shops, Who’s Brew lets you add items from several roasters or tea houses to one cart without juggling separate sites or checkouts.

3. Check out once

Your single payment is processed through Stripe. Who’s Brew routes each maker’s portion to their connected account.

4. Makers roast, pack, and ship directly

Each independent roaster or tea house fulfills the items you bought from them. Who’s Brew generates shipping labels and tracking from a centralized account so you can monitor every shipment in your dashboard.

5. Track and review

You can see status updates in your order history. After delivery, you can review products and roasters. If something goes wrong, the make-it-right workflow connects you with the maker and Who’s Brew support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get one shipment or many?

Each maker ships their own portion, so an order with three roasters will arrive as three separate packages. This keeps coffee fresh and lets each maker roast on their own schedule.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

Open the order in your dashboard and use Report a Problem on the affected item. The maker is notified first and Who’s Brew support steps in if they don’t respond in time.

Can I subscribe to coffee from one roaster?

Yes. When a roaster enables subscriptions on a product, you can subscribe at checkout and manage it from your dashboard.

Do I get one tracking number or several?

You get one per shipment. Your order detail page consolidates them so you can see status across all makers in one view.
